Claudius Crozet Park

Welcome to the Claudius Crozet Park (CCP) website ! The Park's mission is to promote the health and well being and enhance the general social, physical and cultural welfare of residents of the community of Crozet and the surrounding area of Albemarle County, VA.

Please join us for the Third Annual Culinary Competition on Thursday, September 18th from 6-8PM.

If you've never attended the Culinary Competition, it is not to be missed. Come watch our local version of the television show "Chopped" where four of our local chefs will compete.

The CCP is home to the ever expanding Peachtree Baseball program, the award winning Gators Swim Team, soccer and baseball fields, Quick Start tennis courts, Boot Camp, our beautiful community pool open year-round, all of the fabulous facilities and programs offered by the YMCA, walking trails, and coming soon, a dog park. This jewel of Crozet is a 22-acre community park, owned and operated by community volunteers.

The CCP is pleased to be partnering with the Piedmont YMCA to offer a state of the art pool and recreation center. Looking for info about the pool and recreation center? Please go to the Crozet P.A.R.C. tab on the Piedmont Family YMCA website for more info.

"Play Crozet" Capital Campaign

The Crozet Park Board has launched a year-long capital campaign to build two new pavilions. The $170,000 campaign targets the build-out of a new pond-side amphitheater and picnic area ($120,000) and replacement of the 40x60 pavilion ($50,000) that was destroyed in the 2012 derachio. We can make this happen but we need your help. Please consider making a tax-deductible gift to the Claudius Crozet Park.

Donations can by made online or, by sending a check to Claudius Crozet Park, PO Box 171 Crozet, VA 22932. Please write "Play Crozet" on your check's memo line. Thank you !
